In a case study, a 25-year-old pregnant woman was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis (MG) after presenting symptoms like double vision and limb weakness. She was treated effectively for MuSK-associated MG and had a safe elective caesarean at 39 weeks; her baby was healthy and unaffected by MG. This case highlights the challenges and importance of early, comprehensive care in managing MG during pregnancy.
