A collaborative effort from PsA patients, psychologists, rheumatologists, designers, and researchers aimed to co-design materials to aid psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients in adopting a healthier lifestyle. Through a literature review, 15 key health topics relevant to PsA were identified. Patient and clinician feedback through multiple roundtables was used to refine the materials, which resulted in the creation of a website and summary postcards. These resources offer PsA patients concise, practical interventions to make positive health changes.
